Frequently asked questions
Why don’t you ship to parcel lockers?
Aerosols and solvent-based adhesives are classed as ADR dangerous goods. Lietuvos paštas, Omniva and DPD do not accept them, so we hand orders over in person in Vilnius.
When can I collect my order?
We prepare it within 24 h on business days. When it is ready, we email you the address and opening hours.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes. Enter your company name and code at checkout and we will email the invoice. For wholesale prices and Ansercoll buckets of 5.5 / 13.5 / 23 kg, contact us.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 14 days of collecting your order, provided the packaging is unopened and undamaged. You can return it at the same pickup point in Vilnius, free of charge. Opened tins, cartridges and aerosols cannot be returned for safety reasons.
How much paint does a chest of drawers need?
500 ml covers about 2–2.5 m² per coat (~4–5 m²/l). We recommend one or two coats, and one tin is usually enough for a chest of drawers. The next coat can go on after 2–4 h; the paint is fully dry after 72 h.
