What we process and why
- Order fulfilment (performance of contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address, order content, payment status. Kept 10 years under accounting law.
- Account management (contract): login data, order history. Kept while the account is active and 2 years after closure.
- Customer service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)): e-mail correspondence. Kept 3 years.
- Direct marketing (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)): e-mail for the newsletter. Until consent is withdrawn.
- Website operation and statistics: cookies (see below).
Recipients
Shopify International Ltd. (store platform, Ireland; data may be transferred to the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses), payment providers (Shopify Payments, Montonio Finance UAB), couriers, our accounting provider, public authorities where required by law. We do not sell data.
