Returns

Consumers may return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason:

1. Write to info@balticbond.com from the e-mail used for the order, quoting the order number and items (the form below may be used).
2. Within 14 days of the notice bring the goods to the pickup point or send them to: Baltic Bond, MB, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
3. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, by the original payment method.

Not returnable: opened or used chemical products (adhesives, paints, aerosols) with a broken seal or packaging; purchases by legal persons.

Defective goods: write to us with photos and we will replace the item or refund at our expense.
