The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice, unused, in undamaged original packaging with the manufacturer's seal intact. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, by the original payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened chemical products (adhesives, paints, aerosols) whose packaging or seal is broken, nor to legal persons.
