1. General
These terms govern purchases in the online store balticbond.com (the Store). Seller: Baltic Bond, MB, company code 308114037, registered office V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania, tel. +370 601 17796, e-mail info@balticbond.com (the Seller). Buyer: a natural or legal person purchasing in the Store. By placing an order the Buyer confirms acceptance of these terms.
2. Contract
The contract is concluded when the Buyer places an order and the Seller confirms acceptance by e-mail. The Seller may refuse an order if goods are out of stock or the price was obviously wrong; any payment is refunded within 14 days.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. The Seller is not a VAT payer, so no VAT is added. Prices shown are retail; for wholesale prices contact us by e-mail. Payment by card, bank transfer via payment intermediary (Montonio) or other methods shown in the Store. Goods are shipped or prepared for pickup after payment is received.
4. Delivery and pickup
Goods are collected at the Seller's address in Vilnius at an agreed time or delivered by the methods and prices shown in the Store. Aerosol and solvent-based products (Tapicer, Smart 40, Coni PUR Plus, Ansercoll) are dangerous goods (ADR) and are not shipped to parcel lockers or by air. Water-based paints are stored and transported above 0 °C only.
5. Quality and warranty
Goods carry the statutory 2-year warranty. The shelf life is printed on the packaging. The Seller is not liable for results if the product was used contrary to the manufacturer's technical data sheet and safety data sheet provided in the product description.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason by notifying info@balticbond.com (a model form may be used). Goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice, unused, in undamaged original packaging with the manufacturer's seal intact. Return costs are borne by the Buyer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods, by the original payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened chemical products (adhesives, paints, aerosols) with a broken seal or packaging (Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), nor to legal persons.
7. Defective goods
Report defects by e-mail with photos within a reasonable time. The Seller will replace the goods, reduce the price or refund at its own expense.
8. Personal data
Processed according to the Privacy Policy.
9. Disputes
Disputes are settled by negotiation; consumers may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lt). Lithuanian law applies.
